All orders shipping to eligible Indian addresses receive free standard delivery; the checkout domestic shipping rate is ₹0 with no minimum order. We deliver wherever checkout accepts the pin code. International shipping, if offered, is separately charged at checkout.

Customized and made-to-order items may need additional preparation time. We will provide any available dispatch estimate in the product details or confirmation. Shipping dates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.

Damaged in transit?

Report damage, broken items or incorrect deliveries within seven days of receipt to novalivingdecor@gmail.com, with order number and photos where possible. We will assist with return, replacement or refund at no return shipping cost for confirmed faulty or incorrect products. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
