These terms apply to purchases from navaliving.in. Review each product's size, material, finish, variants and personalization before confirming your order. Monitor and lighting differences may affect how colours appear.

Free shipping and returns

Free standard shipping applies to eligible addresses in India. Please review our Shipping Policy and 7-Day Return Policy.

Payment and Partial Cash on Delivery

For selected customized items, Partial COD can be arranged after separate order confirmation. You pay an agreed advance toward the total order value first, then the confirmed remaining balance upon delivery. We will communicate the advance amount or percentage and remaining balance before any payment. This is not a general automated checkout method or an extra fee. Availability depends on the product and delivery address; do not pay advance amounts based on unverified messages.

Customization

Orders and support

We may contact you to clarify an order, confirm availability or resolve a fulfillment problem. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will discuss a replacement or refund of sums collected, as appropriate. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
