 2. Products & Custom Orders

Nava Living specializes in customized, handcrafted, and made-to-order home décor products.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

* Slight variations in color, texture, finish, size, or detailing may occur
* Product images are for reference purposes only
* Handmade irregularities are considered part of the product’s uniqueness and not defects

All customized orders are final and cannot be modified once production begins.

 3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to:

* Change prices without prior notice
* Correct pricing errors
* Cancel orders arising from incorrect pricing or technical issues

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

 4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

* Cancel or refuse any order
* Limit quantities purchased
* Request additional verification before processing

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before production/shipping begins.

 5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

* Product customization
* Production timelines
* Courier delays
* Location accessibility

Nava Living shall not be held responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon delivery.

 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As all products are customized and made-to-order:

* Orders are non-returnable
* Orders are non-refundable
* Exchanges are not applicable except in cases of verified damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery

Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery along with:

* Clear images/videos
* Order details
* Complete unboxing video
